Supervision & AEDP Consultation for Therapists

Rigor without shame. Growth with heart. Therapy that feels like you.

You became a therapist to help people—but sometimes you feel stuck, unsure how to go deeper, or disconnected from the sense of meaning that once drove your work.

I offer individual and group consultation to thoughtful, curious clinicians who want to feel more alive in the room. Whether you're navigating clinical complexity, pursuing AEDP certification, or integrating EMDR or psychedelic-assisted therapy, this is a space to grow—with depth, integrity, and support.

My Approach to Supervision

I bring the same AEDP principles to supervision that I bring to therapy: emotional safety, experiential depth, and transformation through relationship.

This isn’t checkbox-style oversight. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about growing your clinical presence with honesty, skill, and compassion. I offer rigor without shame, creating a space where you can explore your edges, clarify your intuition, and reconnect to the work you were meant to do.

Therapists I consult with often share that they feel a deep, embodied rightness after our work together—like they’re not just doing therapy, but stepping fully into their own wisdom and voice. Sharing client tapes in a safe, attuned space allows for transformative insight and authentic therapeutic artistry.

What We Can Focus On Together:

  • Deepening your AEDP skills and moment-to-moment tracking

  • Reviewing session recordings with grounded, compassionate feedback

  • Growing your emotional presence and authenticity in the room

  • Integrating EMDR or psychedelic-assisted therapy (especially ketamine)

  • Receiving support for licensure supervision in Colorado

  • Working toward AEDP certification (I'm a supervisor-in-training with ongoing faculty mentorship)

You don’t have to do this work alone. If you’re looking for supervision that’s emotionally attuned, technically sharp, and deeply human, I’d love to support you.
